• Clients are responsible for ensuring they possess the legal right to authorize work on the specified properties or agricultural lands.

3. Confidentiality

Due to the private nature of estate ownership, all interactions, financial discussions, and property data are treated with strict confidence. We do not disclose client identities or estate details without explicit consent.

4. Warranties & Liability

While we employ industry-leading expertise to manage your property, rural environments are subject to natural and economic fluctuations. BAILY'S COUNTRYSIDE LTD does not guarantee specific agricultural yields or planning application success. In no event shall we be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from unforeseen environmental factors.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our rural management services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
